Metal Fabrication
All of our metal fabrication work, including precision CNC routing, is meticulously performed in-house at our own state-of-the-art facilities. This allows us to maintain strict control over quality and precision throughout the manufacturing process. Once the components are expertly fabricated, they are assembled using a blend of skilled labour and advanced mechanical assistance. This combination ensures that each product meets our rigorous standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Powder Coating
Our complete range of components are held in stock in mill finish aluminium. These components are primed for customisation using our advanced conveyorised automated powder coating system, which can finish them in any RAL colour reference.
Additionally, we offer anodising treatments to meet the specific needs and preferences of each individual project. Our state-of-the-art facilities ensure high-quality finishes, whether you're looking for a vibrant colour or a durable anodised coating.

Holistic Oversight from Manufacture to Delivery
Component tracking across manufacturing and installation.
Our industry-leading BTMC barcode system gives full oversight of manufacturing, with each aluminium component tagged and tracked from the raw material through cutting, powder-coating and finishing.
This innovation then adds value through installation, with the barcode system providing full, real-time oversight of delivery and installation and reduces on-site waste to just 1 per cent. All data is then stored by Radii Planet Group to ensure that, should the need arise, any parts can be rapidly remade to the same high standard.
Delivering Across the UK & Beyond
Radii Planet Group’s headquarters and main production factory is located in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
For client delivery and installation, Radii Planet Group maintain regional contracting offices that provide full strategic UK coverage, alongside a growing network for overseas export capability.
This regional presence ensures all products and systems are installed by our own teams of installers, allowing us to keep a control on quality of work and offer a single source warranty to our clients.
