These independently verified declarations provide transparent, standardised information about the environmental impact of FirePro systems throughout their lifecycle. Environmental Product Declarations are internationally recognised documents that quantify the environmental impacts of a product using data from a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and present this information in a consistent format to support informed specification.

The new FirePro EPDs have been developed in accordance with recognised international standards, including ISO 14025 and EN 15804+A2, which establish the framework for producing verified environmental declarations for construction products. These standards ensure environmental data is generated using consistent methodologies and independently verified, helping provide reliable information for specifiers and project teams.

Supporting informed specification

By providing quantified lifecycle data, EPDs help architects, consultants and contractors understand the environmental impacts associated with a product’s manufacture, transport, installation and end-of-life stages.

This information can support project teams working towards sustainability targets and building certification schemes such as BREEAM and LEED, which recognise and promote the use of products with environmental disclosure.

Fire safety and architectural flexibility

FirePro systems are designed to support fire compartmentation requirements while maintaining the architectural benefits of glazed partitioning.

Our systems are installed in accordance with our Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) certification, demonstrating our commitment to good practice, competence, and quality control in the installation of fire-rated products.

Part of our wider sustainability strategy

These FirePro Environmental Product Declarations form part of Radii Planet Group’s sustainability strategy, which focuses on transparency, informed manufacturing and continuous improvement.

As the construction industry continues to place greater emphasis on sustainability and lifecycle assessment, access to reliable environmental data is becoming increasingly important. By expanding our library of Environmental Product Declarations, we aim to support architects, designers and contractors in making informed decisions when selecting glazing systems for their projects.
