Industry Membership, Specification and Professional Development.

We work closely with architects, designers, contractors and specification teams throughout the project lifecycle. Our industry memberships and specification platforms help us share technical information, contribute to professional development and remain connected with current construction-sector requirements.

Radii Planet Group is an accredited member of the Finishes and Interiors Sector and has completed its ongoing vetting process.

We also provide product and specification information through NBS Source and deliver recognised continuing professional development content for construction professionals.

FIS membership   NBS Source   RIBA-accredited CPDs
The Finishes and Interiors Sector represents businesses operating across the fit-out and finishes industry. Membership supports engagement with industry guidance, technical standards, skills development and best practice.

Our presence on NBS Source gives specifiers access to structured product information and supporting documentation. This helps architects and consultants assess suitable systems and incorporate them into project specifications.

Our CPD material supports architects and other construction professionals in understanding the specification and performance of glazed partitions and doors. Topics include glazing choices, acoustic performance, accessibility, fire-specific design and whole-life considerations.

Health, Safety and Contractor Assurance

Safe and well-managed project delivery is central to our approach. Our contractor assessment schemes provide independent or third-party assurance across areas such as health and safety, quality, environmental and sustainability, financial standing, corporate social responsibility, insurance, operational procedures and supply-chain compliance.

These schemes, assessed against recognised industry standards, SSIP (Safety Systems in Procurement), CAS (Common Assessment Standard) and PAS91 (Publicly Available Specification), demonstrate to principal contractors, consultants and procurement teams our suitability and capability before appointment and reduce duplication during supplier prequalification.

Product and fire-performance certification

As an installer of passive fire protection products, we have a duty to our stakeholders, clients and building users to ensure that we are installing products that meet fire performance requirements.

This means supplying products that have been tested and verified by a third-party assessor to meet certain fire performance ratings, and installing them in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines, to ensure the products are capable of meeting these performance ratings, once installed.

Our LPCB certifications relate to the installation of specified Radii and Planet fire-rated systems against recognised Loss Prevention Standards. These certifications provide traceable third-party evidence of our installation capability.

The certification applies only to the installation activities and scope stated within the relevant certificate.

Our fire solutions team can help architects, contractors and consultants review system requirements, supporting evidence and specification details to ensure the most appropriate systems are installed to meet fire strategy requirements.

Operational and Regulatory Registrations.

Our wider registrations support the responsible operation of the business, including employee welfare, transport management, data protection and environmental compliance.

Living Wage employer   FORS   ICO registration   Environment Agency   Cyber Essentials

FORS assesses areas such as vehicle safety, driver standards, operational efficiency and environmental performance. Radii Planet Products currently holds FORS Bronze accreditation, with Silver-covered deliveries arranged where required.

Our registration with the Information Commissioner's Office supports our responsibilities when handling personal information and complying with UK data protection requirements.

Our Environment Agency registrations include waste carrier licences covering relevant Radii Planet Group companies, supporting our responsibilities for the compliant handling and transportation of waste.
