THE CLIENT.

Davies House is a 22,850 sqft workplace in London, designed by architects Buckley Gray Yeoman to seamlessly merge hospitality and functionality.

The design features a striking timber ribbon that flows throughout the space, fostering a calming, natural atmosphere. Key areas include a guest meeting suite, a flexible executive boardroom, a tech-free library, and interconnecting floors linked by a bespoke spiral staircase.

Sustainability and adaptability were central to the project, ensuring the space could evolve with the client’s needs.

OUR SOLUTION.

Radii Partitioning worked closely with the design team to deliver our Dovetail timber-framed glazed partition system in both 64mm and 100mm profiles, finished in high-quality European Oak. These partitions provided a balance of openness and privacy, aligning with the project’s organic aesthetic.

Sustainability was a priority, and our FSC-certified, fully demountable partitions contribute to long-term flexibility and reduced environmental impact.

A key challenge was the installation of the curved recessed head track, which required careful sequencing and close coordination with other trades. Precision was essential to ensure seamless integration while maintaining design intent and performance.
