Bespoke bronze framed glazed partitions in London for new UK headquarters for banking giants.

THE CLIENT.

British Land is a leading property company known for creating innovative, sustainable commercial spaces that set new standards in the industry. Broadgate Tower, located in London’s vibrant financial district, is a prime example of their commitment to sustainability and wellbeing, targeting BREEAM Outstanding, EPC A, and WELL certification.

OUR SOLUTION.

Work predominantly on Level 10 and in close partnership with architect Buckley Gray Yeoman and contractor 8Build, Radii delivered a tailored glazing solution designed to meet the highest standards of performance and sustainability. Our Parallel 50 double glazed partitions provide excellent acoustic separation (Rw 45 dB) and are backed by an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), supporting the project’s green credentials.

Following close consultation, Radii’s design team also developed a future proofed mullion detail, installed to allow eventual tenants to move drywall crosswalls and adapt space to suit the specific needs of their respective operations.

We also installed Hogan pivoting doors featuring manual locking and hold-open floor springs, combining practicality with a clean, modern look. Fire-rated FirePro EI60 doors and angled sidelights and E60 double doors , finished in satin stainless steel, offer essential fire protection while maintaining a sleek, premium aesthetic.

This phase reflects Radii’s ongoing collaboration with British Land, reinforcing our commitment to delivering refined, sustainable interior solutions for landmark city buildings.
