THE CLIENT.

The newly refurbished offices at One Knightsbridge showcase a workplace designed around sustainability, wellbeing, and contemporary luxury. Achieving an A-grade EPC rating, BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold, the fit-out sets a benchmark for performance and responsibility.

Every detail of the project was meticulously developed by architects and designers MoreySmith, with careful attention to materials, lighting, and spatial planning. The result is a modern workspace that enhances creativity, collaboration, and the overall employee experience.

OUR SOLUTION.

This commercial fit-out demonstrated the flexibility of our Linear 30 and Linear 50 partition systems, combining acoustic performance with tailored design features.

Linear 30 partitions were specified extensively, delivering up to Rw 40 dB acoustic rating. These were paired with single and double glazed Hogan doors (typically Rw 35–38 dB) to achieve a balance of openness and privacy. Applications included doors within drywall apertures, partitions with overhead panels, and half-height screens in collaborative spaces.

Where access control and specialist door configurations were required, Linear 50 partitions were introduced. With a wider profile, Linear 50 is well suited to incorporate locking, maglocks, and leaf-and-a-half arrangements, providing robust functionality without compromising transparency.

To support the architectural vision, the partitions featured banding, curved glazing, and recessed head tracks, adding visual detail and precision. These design touches ensured that performance requirements were met while enhancing the overall aesthetic of the space.

The result is an integrated glazing package that delivers reliable acoustic control, secure access solutions, and architectural character — showing how Linear systems adapt to the functional and design ambitions of each project.
