Two bespoke door designs and high-end office partitions in London for global legal experts.

THE CLIENT.

Radii worked closely with architects tp bennett and contractors ISG to design, manufacture and install glazed fronts for 198 offices and meeting rooms for the relocated London offices of global legal experts Goodwin.

Spanning 90,000 sq ft across Levels 5 to 7 of the Sancroft Building in Paternoster Square, our team closely collaborated with architects tp bennett to deliver numerous bespoke design solutions to meet a demanding architectural brief.

As well as creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for its people, the fit out also sought to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and WELL Gold certifications for low environmental impact and supporting employee wellbeing and safety.

OUR SOLUTION.

Through our in-house manufacturing facilities our team custom polyester powder coated the aluminium framework of our single-glazed Linear 25 (Rw 39 db) and double-glazed Parallel 50 (Rw 45 dB) partitions and adjoining Hogan doors. These were finished in an eye-catching Bournonite Green and used on numerous meeting rooms and focus booths throughout.

Furthermore, a second bespoke door design comprising Hogan doors with horizontal bonded transoms, circular pull handles, arched feature banding and access control was deployed to offices and corridors.

The fit out is a stand-out example of how tailoring individual design elements of Radii’s high-end commercial partitions and doors can lead to a unique and distinctive finished aesthetic that greatly adds appeal to a work environment.
