Glazed partitions & timber doors & detailing combine in latest work in multi-stage London fit-out for banking giants.

THE CLIENT.

Investec’s offices at 30 Gresham Street, London required a high-performance partitioning solution to support their evolving workspace. Having previously collaborated with Ninety One (formerly Investec Asset Management) on a fit-out at 55 Gresham Street, Radii was once again chosen to deliver specialist glazed partitions and doors for this prestigious client. Our work spanned Levels 2, 7, and 8, with ongoing work currently progressing on Level 6.

OUR SOLUTION.

On Levels 2 and 8, we installed Parallel 50 double-glazed partitions with 54mm timber tech panels, providing a balance of acoustic performance and aesthetic refinement. These were paired with Hogan pivoting single-glazed doors, offering a seamless, high-end finish.

For Level 7, we also utilized Parallel 50 but incorporated 64mm timber doors with matching tech panels and pilasters, all finished in Grey Blue through our in-house powder coating line. Across the project, over 100 office and meeting room fronts were installed, each tailored to complement the surrounding architectural elements.

Meticulous attention was given to moulding details and alignment with other trades, ensuring a cohesive integration with drywall elements. Additionally, peepholes were incorporated to eliminate the need for traditional vision panels, maintaining a clean and sophisticated aesthetic.

The result is a highly considered, functional workspace that supports Investec’s dynamic needs while reflecting their commitment to quality and design.
