THE CLIENT.

Radii was engaged to deliver specialist glazed partitioning across several floors as part of this broader refurbishment for a legal client based in London undertaking a multi-phase workplace transformation.

The phased fit out allowed the client to remain in occupation throughout the works. Installation was carefully programmed — including out-of-hours support — to minimise disruption to daily operations. The layout adopts a semi-cellular approach, with rooms positioned at either end of each floor to create engaging collaboration and knowledge-sharing spaces, while enhancing openness and wellbeing throughout the building.

OUR SOLUTION.

Radii delivered a complete interior glazing package, bringing a refined and consistent aesthetic to over 200 office fronts. We installed Linear 59 single glazed partitions with Glide sliding doors, all detailed with Rio feature banding to establish a strong and cohesive visual identity across the workspace.

Parallel 50 glazed partitions (Rw 45 dB) were used as crosswalls between partners’ offices and their adjoining meeting rooms; these were paired with Hogan double glazed doorsets (Rw 42 dB), providing sound separation while maintaining a clean, contemporary finish in line with the wider design intent.
