OUR SOLUTION.

Our team was engaged pre-construction, working with the design team through the consultation stage and producing CGI visuals to test detailing and finishes ahead of manufacture.

Delivery covered the glazed partitioning and door package across all seven floors, ground to sixth, working to a single detailing language from the arrival floor through to the client suite.

Cellular planning runs on Linear 64 with Glide sliding doors and Linear 30 with Hogan pivots (Rw 41 dB), supported by veneer-faced timber pilaster tech units integrated into the partition runs and fixed sliding service windows at the ground floor delivery, reprographics and security points. FirePro EI30 glazing was installed where compartmentation was required.

Across the open floorplates, Parallel 50 double glazed partitions (Rw 45 dB) sit within European oak frames, with bespoke Linear 30XL structural glazed screens giving definition without closing the space down.

The fifth floor client suite uses Dovetail L54 in solid European oak (Rw 41 dB) — a fully timber-expressed perimeter to the lounge, client reception and formal meeting rooms. Four timber-framed doors carry crown cut, book-matched European oak vision panels.

Timber throughout was stained to match the adjacent wood flooring tiles, with a grey-blue RAL carrying the framing and European oak veneer across doors, tech units and pilasters.
