Maintaining design continuity through a reuse-first approach.

THE CLIENT.

Radii has built a strong track record of delivering glazed partitions that combine acoustic privacy with consistent design standards across multiple workplaces for Evelyn Partners and its related businesses. From the early days of TS&W through the evolution into Evelyn Partners, we have supported projects in London and Leeds, ensuring each office reflects the same high level of quality and performance.

More recently, we have worked with S&W, the accountancy arm of Evelyn Partners, which has now joined a new ownership group, as well as with the ownership group itself on their London offices.

This continuity of expertise provided the foundation for our latest project on Gresham Street, where we worked alongside Mace Interiors and Siren Design to deliver an installation and reuse programme for S&W’s newly refurbished offices — maintaining the same finish, acoustic performance, and design consistency already established across their workplaces.

OUR SOLUTION.

On level 4, Radii delivered a comprehensive installation and reuse solution, combining new and existing elements to create a seamless, high-performance workspace.

Existing Linear 25 partition glazing, timber doors, and pilasters were carefully taken down, refurbished where required, and reused alongside new installations to maintain design continuity and support sustainability. All new 64mm timber doors were paired with Parallel 50 double glazing (Rw 45 dB) for superior acoustic performance, while specialist additions included a 50mm Hogan door, an EI90 FirePro door, and sidelight glazing to the staircase. Curved Linear 25 partitions were also reused and refinished on-site to integrate smoothly with the new layout.

On level 3, the installation complemented the approach on level 4, with Parallel 50 double glazing, timber doors, and a technical unit with aluminium framing installed to match existing partitions, maintaining design consistency throughout the floor. Full-height frosted gradient film manifestation was also applied, reinforcing both privacy and the refined visual finish.
