THE CLIENT.

Sarasin & Partners LLP is a long-established investment manager with an understated, long-term outlook. Its move to 50 George Street, Marylebone marks an important step for the business, creating a new 32,000 sq ft headquarters designed by The Bon Collective. The new workplace reflects more progressive ways of working while maintaining a timeless and refined feel.

OUR SOLUTION.

Working from the ground floor to Level 3, Radii delivered a glazing package in early 2026 that supported both the architectural vision and the functional needs of the new headquarters.

Across all levels, Linear 30 and Parallel 50 glazed partitions were installed with horizontal Rio feature banding, creating a consistent design language throughout the workplace. Retrofit room booking systems were also integrated into the scheme to support the practical use of meeting spaces.

To meet a range of acoustic and operational requirements, the project included Hogan glazed pivot doors rated to Rw 38 dB, Linear 64 glazed partitions with Glide glazed sliding doors rated to Rw 41 dB, and Hogan double leaf pivot doors achieving Rw 38 dB. Doors were finished with Radii's bonded handles, adding a refined final detail.

The result is a sophisticated glazing package that balances transparency, acoustic performance and flexibility, in keeping with the overall character of Sarasin & Partners’ new Marylebone headquarters.
