Our partition range includes Linear single glazed systems, offering acoustic performance of up to Rw 41 dB, and Parallel double glazed systems, achieving up to Rw 55 dB. We also offer timber-framed Dovetail partitions and fire-rated glazed systems designed to provide either E-rated integrity or EI-rated integrity and insulation, depending on the project requirements.

Single glazed partitions use one pane of glass, while double glazed partitions use two panes separated by a cavity. This cavity can improve acoustic privacy and also accommodate design features such as integrated blinds or a pocket sliding door mechanism. Double glazed systems are therefore often specified where higher acoustic performance or additional functionality is required.

Key factors include the thickness and composition of the glass, whether acoustic interlayers or toughened glass are required, the embodied carbon of the selected materials, and the addition of design features such as mullions, transoms, manifestation or bespoke powder-coated framework.
