Sustainable and fully relocatable crosswalls, high-performing fire rated systems, elegant single and double-glazed systems and bespoke finishes all formed part of Radii’s high-end, design-led solutions for global investment management company KKR’s new Mayfair headquarters.
Radii created a bespoke design solution for KKR that combined Parallel 100 (50 dB Rw) and pocket sliding doors with Linear25 single glazed cladding drywall, installed to produce a stunning barista coffee bar complete with dumb waiter serving hatch on Level 6. Linear 25 was used to great effect throughout the space, with a finish that combined split reeding glass and applied digitally printed film to simulate fabric wall lining.
The sustainable Radii 2D relocatable veneered and fabric-wrapped panelled crosswall was used across meeting rooms on Levels 6 to 8, complete with integrated whiteboards. Double-glazed Parallel 84 (45dB Rw) with Glide framed sliding doors were used for phone and meeting booths on Levels 5, 7 & 8, framed pivoting doors were fitted between timber veneer pilasters for the executive client suite on Level 5. Other meeting rooms utilised Parallel 50 (45dB Rw) complete with framed pivoting double glazed doors and integrated reeded film finish.
Finally, FirePro E60 doors in drywall apertures were used for the meeting room suite on Level 6.
