After developing a detailed understanding of requirements Radii utilised a number of different partitioning system configurations and profiles to meet the brief.

A combination of partitions from our 2D Linear (25mm and 59mm) and 2D Parallel (50mm and 100mm) systems were used for all room fronts, with single (38dB RW) and double (45dB RW) glazing options selected based on the acoustic requirements of each space in turn. All partitioning was installed with deflection heads recessed in the ceiling to improve the final aesthetics.

For doors both timber and glass options were needed; Radii therefore supplied high gloss lacquered timber doors and pilasters (35 dB RW), Hogan glass pivoting doors, and Glide glass sliding doors (both 38dB RW).

Finally, DLA Piper’s executive meeting rooms were fitted with specialist glass partition sections. Each comprised four panels of individual glass, bonded together so that, once installed, they achieved the effect of central band of reeded glass across the entire span of the room.
