Radii joined this fit out on London’s Liverpool Street in 2021 to design, manufacture and install numerous high-end commercial solutions of this finance client’s new EMEA 183,000 sq ft headquarters — designed by architects tp bennett to encourage communication, collaboration and community while referencing the client’s Asian heritage.
With work encapsulating 171 work and meeting spaces across Levels 3 to 5, slimline single glazed Linear 50 (Rw 39 dB) partitions were utilised across all standard offices and focus rooms, with some curved glazed elements used on Level 5.
Double glazed Parallel 100 (Rw 50 dB) was specified for larger multi-occupant offices on Level 3 where higher acoustic performance was required.
On Level 5, glass partitions were accompanied by lacquered timber panels with horizontal grooves, while Parallel 50 fins were placed between offices and meeting rooms.
Finally, Ei60 fire rated auditorium glazing was installed on Levels 3 and 5 respectively.
