OUR SOLUTION.

Radii AG worked across two floors of the new international location for German real estate experts PATRIZIA SE in London's Endell Street, completing work in Summer 2024.

Radii AG produced a fire rated glazing package that saw FirePro Ei30 structural fire rated staircase glazing with steel corners placed on Level Three around the stairwell. On Level Two a FirePro Ei30 fire rated door with power assisted operator was utilised alongside matching fire rated side screens.
