Radii’s Pre-Construction Design Department decided to reuse existing Radii solutions that were on-site to meet the architectural vision and reduce the sustainable impact of the fit out.

Our previous work for Advent International saw us install a number of veneered doors to meeting room and office fronts. 42 doors were fully repurposed and returned to our in-house manufacturing facilities, with large vision panels cut into each one before being sanded down and refinished in black. This gave a lighter, contemporary feel to the space and more transparency to office fronts — all expertly achieved through the use of existing products.

OUR SOLUTION.

Radii’s Linear 25 single glazed fronts with veneered timber doors were utilised for Advent International’s meeting room and office fronts, combining brand-new products with repurposed existing components where available.

Our elegant Parallel 100 double glazed partitions (50dB Rw) with framed glazed pivoting doors were used where higher acoustic performance was required, while our Parallel 50 double glazed system (45db Rw) was placed in front of light boxes which, when combined with diffuser films, helped illuminate corridors with artificial daylight.

Finally, FirePro E60 fire rated doors and adjoining fire rated screens were used to offer route protection to the Level 9 lobby.
