Radii’s’ work for legal firm Simpson Thacher took place over a three year timeline from 2020 to early 2023; the multi-phased fit out schedule allowed the client to remain in occupation while work took place.
The semi-cellular configuration of rooms at each end of the building created truly interesting collaboration and knowledge sharing spaces, while also generating an inviting feel throughout to enhance wellbeing.
Radii worked across several floors providing a very high-end aesthetic to the 237 office fronts, installed on the project.
Single glazed Linear 59 (39 dB RW) with Glide single glazed sliding doors (38 dB RW) were installed to the office fronts with double glazed Parallel 50 (45dB RW) crosswalls separating the partners’ offices from their adjoining meeting rooms. Hogan double glazed doorsets (42dB RW) were used in these walls, all installed with banding and reeded manifestation to create a striking aesthetic.
Slimline FireTec E30 fire rated doors were utilised to offer access route protection for the lift lobby on each floor.
