Maximum protection.
The FireStop glazed partitioning and door range achieves up to Ei120 (integrity & insulation) on fixed screens and up to Ei60 on doors.
Utilising robust thermally broken and insulated steel profiles, it offers extreme levels of fire protection for the most stringent of fire requirements while performing acoustically up to 50dB Rw.
This FireStop system is also available with integral blinds and screens are able to accommodate the installation of tech panels.
Fixed glazed screens can be provided in many guises, which enables the specifier to meet the design intent in tandem with the fire ratings needed.
A firm favourite is butt jointing, which relies solely on head and base tracks with no glass to glass mullions, for sleek and attractive jointing.
If a more structured aesthetic is required, FireStop can be formatted to include vertical mullions and horizontal transoms. This added framing also enables the system to be certified at Ei120 (integrity and insulation) using 58mm thick glass.
The complimentary FireStop door range is equally expansive, offering performance of up to Ei60 minutes integrity and insulation.
Single, hospital style (leaf and a half) and double doorsets in both partial and full height sizes are available. FireStop Doors can be held open on devices that will release the door in the event of a fire alarm, which is ideal for heavy circulation zones. Otherwise, they can operate as double action or single action, which can be latched closed for added security, if required.
